We know all the tricks to format your document, so it looks professional and conveys the right message. Working with FormatMyDoc is more cost effective than spending countless hours of your own time, struggling to produce a document that effectively represents your brand and image.
Our formatting specialists have many years of experience working in a variety of industries. What they have in common is a background in design and a positive can-do attitude. We can transform any text-heavy script into a document that is attractive, on-point and easy to read.

How we work
On receiving your document and briefing, we may get in touch by phone or email if we need further clarity before providing a quote. We also understand and factor in that there may be small changes, and we’re happy to include those in the original quote. No one wants unexpected costs, so if it becomes likely that the amendments or additions you need will exceed the scope of our quotation, we’ll let you know before we go ahead.
With longer or more complex documents, we often format the first few pages first, then ask for your feedback and confirmation of the design direction before we complete and deliver the whole document. Depending on the size of the project, we may also ask you for a 50% deposit.
If you have any questions, you’re most welcome to email us at kelly@formatmydoc.co.nz, or call us on (+64) 21 022 97005. We are responsive and transparent, and we look forward to working with you.
Confidentiality
We understand the seriousness of confidentiality. Therefore, in addition to managing your documents securely, we’d be more than happy to sign an NDA if you require it.
