Clear changes policy
We understand there may be small updates and changes throughout the formatting process, and factor this into our quote. Your feedback is important to us, and we’ll work closely with you to ensure our work exactly matches your requirements. Once the design concept is agreed, if ongoing changes look likely to exceed our initial quote, we will contact you with revised pricing before proceeding further.
Once you are happy with the look and feel of the document we’ve created, you will receive an invoice that’s due for payment within 14 days.
All prices are charged in New Zealand Dollars ($NZD). No GST applicable. Minimum charge is 15 minutes.
